   TAKE NOTICE that on the 31ST day of JANUARY 2022, at 10h00, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
   heard, the abovementioned Applicants will apply to the Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg for an order in the
   following terms:
   1. That leave be granted to the First and Second Applicants, to change their matrimonial property system, from a
             marriage out community of property, excluding the accrual system to a marriage out of community of
             property, with the inclusion of the accrual system in terms of chapter 1 of Act 88 of 1984, in the alternative
             to obtain leave to amend the terms of our antenuptial contract.
   2. That the First and Second Applicants be authorised to enter into a notarial contract, in terms of the provisions of
             the draft notarial contract annexed to the application, as Annexure “JM3”.
