The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in terms of
section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng
Division, Pretoria) on 27 August 2021 in case number 41629/2021 in relation to: The positive balance and interest
accrued in Absa Bank account number 9358050386 in the name of Hermina Everdina Tamboer. (a copy of the
application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder).
This notice is addressed to Hermina Everdina Tamboer, whose last known address 65C, 11 street, Linden,
Johannesburg, 2195 and all other persons who may have an interest in the property described above.
