KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that an application will be made to be the above Honourable Court on the 10th day of
February 2022 at 10:00 or so soon as counsel may be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. The first and second applicants are given leave to change the matrimonial property system which applies to their
marriage, by the execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft whereof is attached to the first applicant's
founding affidavit and marked annexure “PLM4”, and which notarial contract, after registration thereof, will regulate
their future matrimonial property system;
2. The Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg is authorised:
2.1. to register the notarial contract, in terms of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937, and
2.2. to amend the records of the Deeds Registry accordingly.
3. This order:
3.1. will lapse if the notarial contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within two (2) months of the date
of the granting of this order; and
3.2. will not prejudice the existing rights of any creditor of the applicants.
4. There shall be publication of this Order in the following publications:
4.1. The Government Gazette;
4.2. The Star Newspaper;
4.3. Beeld Newspaper.
5. Further and/or alternative relief.

No. ST7765/2016 dated 12 May 2016.
PASSED BY: DARRYL ERWIN MOODLEY, Identity Number: 841009 5058 08 0, Unmarried (the Transferor).
IN FAVOUR OF: LARA STORM HINTON VISSER, Identity Number: 880321 0222 08 8, Married out of community
of property (the Transferee).
In respect of a certain:

Town, within six weeks from the date of the publication in the Government Gazette.
