2. That the Registrar of Deeds is authorized to register the said notarial contract (annexed hereto as annexure “A”)
within 1 month of the granting of this Order;
3. That the postnuptially executed Antenuptial Contract will consequently regulate the Matrimonial Property System
of the Applicants upon registration thereof;
4. That the said Antenuptial Contract will have the effect of changing the Applicants Matrimonial Property Regime
from that of in community of property to being out of community of property with exclusion of the accrual system;
5. That the terms of this Order will not prejudice the rights of any third party or creditor of either of the Applicants
as at date of registration of the contract; and
6. That the Antenuptial Agreement will be enforceable against the Applicants and third parties with retrospective
effect from 17 January 1993.
