of a certain Erf 58 Seshego-9J Township, Registration Division L.S., Province of Limpopo, Measuring 360 (Three
Hundred and Sixty) Square Metres, which is lost or incomplete.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the
REGISTRAR OF DEEDS at LIMPOPO, 101 Dorp Street, Polokwane within six weeks after the date of the first
publication in the Gazette.

KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the 1st and 2nd Applicants intend applying to the above Honorable Court on 25 MARCH
2022 at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as counsel for the Applicants can be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. That leave be granted to the Applicants in terms of Section 21 of Act 88 of 1984, as amended, to amend the
Matrimonial Property between the Applicants in terms whereof the marriage in community of property will no longer be
applicable;
2. That leave be granted to the Applicants to enter into a Notarial Contract set out in the draft contract attached to the
Founding Affidavit marked Annexure “VN3” whereby the Applicants agreed mutually to be married out of community of
property with the exclusion of the Accrual in accordance with Chapter 1 of Matrimonial Act, Act No 88 of 1984, as
amended;
3. That the Registrar of Deeds, Pretoria be authorized and ordered to register the Notarial Contract (Annexure “VN3”)
as referred to in prayer 2 above, which registration will be affected within 6 (SIX) weeks from date of granting of the
Order;
4. That the rights of the Creditors of the Applicants be reserved and that this order not influence the rights of any current
Creditors of the Applicants until date of registration of the Notarial Contract;
KINDLY TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Notarial Contract and Application is available at the offices of the Applicants'
Attorneys as referred to hereunder, as well as the Sheriff of the High Court, PRETORIA.
KINDLY TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if any person wishes to object against the proposed Order, such written
objection must be given to the Registrar of the High Court, PRETORIA as well as the Applicants' Attorneys wherein
which an address must be given in terms of Rule 6(5)(b) of the High Court rules.
