Notice of intention to Apply to the High Court of South Africa, Northern Cape Division Kimberley, to amend
Matrimonial Property regime in terms of Section 21 of the Matrimonial Property Act No. 88 of 1984
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT application will be made on behalf of the above-mentioned applicants on the 18th
day of March 2022 at 09h30 or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. The Applicants are authorized in terms of Section 88 of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 to execute a notarial
contract (annexed hereto and marked annexure “MNN7”), such notarial contract to be registered within three (3)
months of the date of this order;
2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorized to register the aforesaid notarial contract within three (3) months of the
date of this order;
3. This order will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the Applicants as at date of registration of the contract;
4. Further and/or alternative relief.

974 MABOPANE UNIT V TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R., THE PROVINCE OF NORTH-WEST IN
EXTENT 267(TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY SEVEN) SQUARE METRES which has been lost or destroyed. All
persons having objection to the issue of such certificate, are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the
Registrar of Deeds at: DEEDS OFFICE INFORMATION SECTION, MERINO BUILDING, 140 PRETORIUS
STREET, PRETORIA within SIX (6) weeks after the date of the first publication of this notice in the Government
Gazette.
