   In favour of: SULTAN KHALID IBRAHIM ALTURKI, BORN ON 8 DECEMBER 1974, MARRIED, WHICH
   MARRIAGE IS GOVERENED BY THE LAWS OF SAUDI ARABIA.
   In respect of certain: REMAINDER ERF 1576 CAMPS BAY, SITUATE IN THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN, CAPE
   DIVISION, PROVINCE WESTERN CAPE, IN EXTENT: 1 068 (ONE THOUSAND AND SIXTY EIGHT) SQUARE
   METRES, which Deed of Transfer has been lost, destroyed or is incomplete or unserviceable.
   All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
   the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, 12TH FLOOR, ROOM 1216, 90 PLEIN STREET, CAPE TOWN, within six weeks
   after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
