                NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A TITLE DEED
                                      WHICH HAS BECOME UNSERVICEABLE
                  BY VIRTUE OF SECTION 38 OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT 47 OF 1937
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer T59089/2006 passed by
1. STEPHANUS CRONJE IDENTITY NUMBER 850108 5058 08 8, Unmarried and
2. STEPHANIE LUGTENBORG, IDENTITY NUMBER 820128 0088 08 5, Married out of community of property, in
respect of certain REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 5165 MIDDELBURG TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION
J.S., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, IN EXTENT: 2 578 (TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY
EIGHT)Square Metres, HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T59089/2006 which deed has become unserviceable and
of which the registered duplicate copy is incomplete.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the first
publication in the Government Gazette being 3 JUNE 2022 and the second publication being 10 JUNE 2022.
