  TAKE NOTICE THAT the above-mentioned applicants intend making application to the above Honourable Court
  on the Thursday, 28 JULY 2022 at 10h00 or so soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an order authorising
  the parties to effect an alteration to their matrimonial property system in accordance with section 21 of Act 88 of
  1984.
  TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that any interested parties may make representations in writing in respect of the above-
  mentioned application to the Registrar of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, and
  send a copy of the said representations to the attorney for the applicants and/or may appear at Court on the date
  of the hearing.
  TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the proposed notarial contract which will, after registration thereof, regulate the
  applicants' matrimonial property system, will be available for inspection at the offices of the Registrar of the High
  Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, at least 7 days prior to the hearing of the application and
  at the offices of the attorneys of record for the applicant.
