Notice is hereby given that under the provision of Section Thirty Eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
Registrar of Deeds at Cape Town, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of the Certificate of
Registered Sectional Title No. ST137/2019, dated 8 January 2019, passed by: PAARDEVLEI PROPERTIES
PROPRIETARY LIMITED (REGISTRATION NUMBER 1989/007165/07), in favour of: CROSSFIRE PROPERTIES
CC (REGISTRATION NUMBER 2011/040939/23), In respect of:
A Unit, consisting of:
(a) Section No. 308, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS3/2019, in the scheme known as
TITANIUM HOUSE, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at SOMERSET WEST, In the City of
Cape Town, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 55 (FIFTY FIVE) square metres
in extent; and
(b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
the participation quota as endorsed on the said Sectional Plan, which is lost.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds at Cape Town at 12th Floor, Room 1216, 90 Plein Street, Cape Town, within six weeks after
the date of the first publication in the Government Gazette.

I, the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer ST114759/2007, dated 24 August 2007 and passed by: RAMAREDI HENDRICA PETJE (Identity Number
820121 0515 08 2), Unmarried, In respect of:
(a) Section No. 11, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS.919/2007, in the scheme known
as CHEVIOT RIDGE, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at CELTISDAL EXTENSION 20
TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN, of which section the floor area,
according to the said sectional plan is 56 (Fifty Six) square metres in extent; and
(b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER ST114758/2007.
All person having objections to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge same in writing with the
Registrar of Deeds, Pretoria at Pretoria, within six weeks after the date of the first publication of this notice in the
