2. That the Applicants be authorised to enter into a notarial contract which will regulate their matrimonial property
once registered, in term of the provisions of the draft notarial contract annexed to the application as "A".
3. That the Registrar of Deeds, Cape Town, be authorised and ordered to to register the notarial contract concluded
between the parties within 3 (three) months from date of this Order, subject to compliance with all statutory
requirements.
4. That the Applicants' marriage be regulated by the said notarial contract from the date of registration thereof,
thereby being out of community of property, without the accrual system.
5. That the rights of creditors be reserved.
6. No order as to costs.
7. Further and/or alternative relief.
