Cession Number SK 9733/2006S dated 11 December 2006, passed by:- WJ SCHICKERLING FAMILIIE TRUST,
Registration number IT 8333/1999
In favour of: JOHANNA MARIA OLLEWAGEN, Identity number 590612 0023 083, Married out of community of
property
in respect of certain properties:-

building or buildings situated at HENNOPSPARK EXTENSION 5 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: THE CITY
OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS
962/2004
HELD BY Notarial Deed of Cession Number SK 9733/2006S, Which has been lost.
All persons having objections to issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the
