by: BERTIE WILLIAM WILLEMSE and REINETTE LETITHIA WILLEMSE, in favour of: ANTONIO LAVINI, Identity
number 380109 5036 081 and LORNA LAVINI, Identity number 450826 0123 003, Married in community of
property to each other, in respect of:
REMAINING EXTENT OF PORTION 1 OF ERF 841, RUSTENBURG, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.Q, NORTH
WEST PROVINCE, MEASURING 730 (SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY) SQUARE METRES, which has been
lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
