  Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
                              REGISTRAR OF DEEDS at JOHANNESBURG intend to issue a Certificate of
                              Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer ST64148/2006 dated 20 OCTOBER 2006
                              passed by CAPSTONE 500 (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, No. 2002/030952/07 in favour
                              of PTY PROPS 161 (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, No. 2004/018295/07 in respect of:
  Certain: A Unit, consisting of-
  (a) Section No. 75, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 125/2006, in the scheme known
  as SPLICE RIVIERA, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at RIVIERA TOWNSHIP, LOCAL
  AUTHORITY, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is
  77 (Seventy Seven) square metres in extent; and
  (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
  the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, Held by virtue of Deed of Transfer ST64148/2006,
  which has been lost or destroyed.
  All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
  the Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg at Deeds Office Information Section, Mezzanine Floor, 208 - 212 Marble
  Tower Building, corner Von Wielligh and Pritchard Street, Johannesburg, within six weeks after the date of the first
  publication in the Gazette.
