   Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of DEED
   OF GRANT TG1323/1997KDMPU, in favour of: THANDI LETTIE MAMPANE, Identity Number: 6706200352082,
   Married Out of Community of Property, in respect of:

   Certain: ERF 270, EKANGALA-E TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION JR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG;
   MEASURING: 311 (THREE ONE ONE) Square Metres, HELD by Deed of Grant TG1323/1997KDMPU, of which
   deed TG1323/1997KDMPU, has been lost or destroyed and of which the registered duplicate copy is also lost or
   destroyed.

   All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
   same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the first publication in
   the Government Gazette, being 23 JUNE 2023 and the second publication 30 JUNE 2023.
