  ERF 366 is a Residential 1 property that requires the necessary restrictive conditions in Title Deed T1861/2001,
  removed to legalize previously approved building plans which are now in contravention of the stated Title Deed for
  the subject property. The Title Deed has restrictive conditions that curtail the additions on the property. All these
  structures are previously approved by Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.

  Certain: ERF 508, KAALFONTEIN EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF
  GAUTENG, MEASURING 274 (TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FOUR) Square metres, Held By Deed of
  Transfer T121618/2007.
