   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
   Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered title in lieu of Deed of Transfer
   T107781/2007 dated 10 August 2007, passed by DAVID JOHANNES VAN SCHALKWYK, Identity Number 380529
   5048 08 5 and CATHARINA ELIZABETH VAN SCHALWYK, Identity Number 431006 0050 08 4, married in
   community of property to each other in favour of The Trustees for the time being of SUSAN TRUST, Registration
   Number IT5080/2007, in respect of certain ERF 9 THREE RIVERS EAST TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION
   IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, MEASURING 2012 (TWO THOUSAND AND TWELVE) Square metres, which has
   been lost or destroyed. All persons having objections to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge
   the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within six weeks after the date of the first publication in
   the Gazette.
