   Registrar of Deeds, Mpumalanga, at Nelspruit, situated at 25 Bell Street, Nelspruit intend to issue a Certificate of Registered
   Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer TL 63582/1990 dated 26 September 1990 passed by:
             SASOL (TRANSVAAL) DORPSGEBIEDE BEPERK
             REGISTRATION NUMBER 1975/002037/06

             In favour of:
            HLABISHI LAWRENCE MOTJELELE IDENTITY NUMBER 551010 5943 08 1 and MACHOENE MAGGIE MOTJELELE,
   IDENTITY NUMBER 630906 0698 08 0 Married in community of property to each other
             In respect of certain:
             ERF 5541, EMBALENHLE EXTENSION 9 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.S., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA,
   MEASURING 324 (THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR) SQUARE METRES, HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER TL63582/1990,
   Which is incomplete and unserviceable.

             All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
   the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit, 25 Bell Street, Nelspruit, within six weeks after the date of the first
   publication in the Gazette.
