   Registrar of Deeds, Mpumalanga, at Nelspruit, situated at 25 Bell Street, Nelspruit intend to issue a Certificate of Registered
   Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer TL 63582/1990 dated 26 September 1990 passed by:

             REGISTRATION NUMBER 1975/002037/06

             In favour of:
