REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, MPUMALANGA at NELSPRUIT, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional
Title in lieu of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title No. ST792/2007 (UNIT 66), dated 31 July 2007, in favour of:

COVE APARTMENTS NELSPRUIT (EDMS) BEPERK, REGISTRATION NUMBER 2005/040738/07, in respect
of:
A Unit, consisting of:
(a) Section No. 66, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 792/2007, in the scheme known
as URBAN COVE, in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORTION 8 OF ERF 378,
SONHEUWEL TOWNSHIP, MBOMBELA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the
said sectional plan is 49 (Forty Nine) square metres in extent; and
(b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, HELD BY Certificate of Registered Sectional Title
Number ST 792/2007 (UNIT 66), which has been lost and/or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, MPUMALANGA at NELSPRUIT at 25 BELL STREET, MBOMBELA, 1201, within six
weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
