                                            LOST OR DESTROYED DEED
  Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, THAT I, the Registrar
  of Deeds at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of DEED OF CONSOLIDATED TITLE
  NUMBER T71208/2007, issued to:
  (1) MICHAEL OMIROU DEMETRIOU, IDENTITY NUMBER: 451111 5070 08 0, MARRIED TO XANTHOULLA
  DEMETRIOU, WHICH MARRIAGE IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CYPRUS; and
  (2) XANTHOULLA DEMETRIOU, IDENTITY NUMBER 550724 0148 18 8, MARRIED TO MICHAEL OMIROU
  DEMETRIOU, WHICH MARRIAGE IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CYPRUS, in respect of:
  Certain: ERF 232, SONGOED TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.P., PROVINCE OF NORTH-WEST,
  MEASURING 5688 (FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT), which has been lost.
  All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
  the Registrar of Deeds, PRETORIA at Merino Building, 140 Pretorius Street, PRETORIA, within six weeks after
  date of first publication in the Government Gazette.
