         Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937,
I, the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer
T89071/2007 dated 9 July 2007, passed by BARRY ALEXANDER CRERAR and GEORGINE CRERAR in favour
of ANGELA ANNE CRERAR in respect of certain PORTION 8 OF ERF 2886 ORKNEY TOWNSHIP,
REGISTRATION DIVISION I.P., PROVINCE OF NORTH WEST, which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or
unserviceable.

         All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in
writing with the Registrar of Deeds at PRETORIA within six weeks from the date of the first publication in the
Gazette.
