policing area on 18 October 2022 under case docket Burgersfort CAS 203/10/2022 and held in the SAP13 with
reference number SAP 13 429 /2017 at Burgersfort Police Station.
    IN THE APPLICATION FOR A PRESERVATION ORDER IN TERMS OF SECTION 38 OF ACT 121 OF 1998
          NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 39 OF THE PREVENTION OF ORGANISED CRIME ACT 121 OF 1998

         The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No.121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa (Limpopo
Local Division, Polokwane) on the 31st day of August 2023 in case number 6097/2023 in relation to: a) A Silver Toyota
Quantum light passenger motor vehicle with registration number KPM272MP, Chassis number JTFRS13P300016135
and engine number 2KD1935898 seized by the members of the South Africa police service in the Burgersfort policing
area on the 18 October 2022 under case docket Burgersfort Cas 203/10/2022, currently in the possession of Themba
Mogale. (b) Cash amount of R13 000.00 seized by members of the South African Police Services in the Burgersfort
policing area on 18 October 2022 under case docket Burgersfort CAS 203/10/2022 and held in the SAP13 with
reference number SAP 13 429 /2017 at Burgersfort Police Station. (c) a red Toyota Hilux motor vehicle with registration
number JVC014MP, Chassis number AHTCR32GX08001515 and Engine number 2KD70749143 (described as silver
red Toyota Hilux light on eNatis) seized by the members of the South African Police Service in the Burgersfort CAS
58/01/2023 and held in the SAP 13 with reference SAP13 7/2023 at Burgersfort Police station, and (d) a cash amount
of R1 682.50 seized by t he members of the South African Police Service in the Burgersfort CAS 58/01/2023 and held
