2. That all persons (including the Respondent) who have an interest be called upon, on 30 October 2023, to put forward
       their reasons, if any, why this Honourable Court should not order the final winding-up of the Respondent and
       make an order that the costs of the application must be costs in the winding-up of the Respondent.
3. That service of this Order be effected:
3.1 By the Sheriff of the Honourable Court on the Respondent;
3.2 Per registered mail to all known creditors with claims in excess of R5 000.00;
3.3 By one publication in the Government Gazette, as well as two local newspapers within the area in which the
Respondent is situated.
4. That the costs of the application shall be costs in the winding-up of the Respondent.

in the Government Gazette and in the Citizen Newspaper.
5. A copy of this Order shall be served on the South African Revenue Services and the Master of the High Court.
6. Costs of this application are costs in the winding-up of the Respondent.
