          TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the Applicant has appointed the offices of KWA ATTORNEYS C/O CHRIS
LIEBENBERG ATTORNEYS, 84 BREYTENBACH STREET, NIGEL, as the address at which it will accept notice and
service, of all process in these proceedings.
          TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you intend opposing this application, you are required:
          a) IN THE CASE OF THE FIRST RESPONDENT, to notify the Applicant's attorneys in writing of your intention
to oppose this application, within 1 (one) month (30 days) of the publication of the relief sought in the Government
Gazette and the Heidelberg/Nigel Haraut Newspaper;
          b) IN THE CASE OF THE SECOND RESPONDENT, to notify the Applicant's attorneys in writing of your
intention to oppose this application, within 5 (five) days of service of this application;
          c) and within fifteen (15) days of notifying the Applicant's attorney of your intention to oppose the application,
to file your answering affidavit / s, if any; and
          e) to appoint in such notification an address referred to in Rule 55(1)(g) at which you will accept notice and
service of all documents in these proceedings.
          If no such notice of intention to oppose be given, the application will be set down for hearing on the 2nd day
of FEBRUARY 2024 at 09h00, or as so soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard.

         The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 09 October 2023 in Case number 2023-095085, in relation to:
         1. A white Isuzu with previous registration license number BR54XXHGP and current LKD 256 MP, chassis
number ADM5RF8G568023 and engine number 4K1912621, held at Vosman CAS 169/03/2022 under
SAPS13/298/2022.
         2. A white Nissan bakkie with previous registration numbers CND133 GP, ND 560947 and current JSV 966
MP chassis number Y097978 and engine number VG30237885Y and engine number VG30237885Y held at Vosman
CAS 169/03/2022 under SAPS13/285/2022.
         3. A white Tata truck with registration number FFM 655 MP, chassis number MAT3993297R19964 and engine
number 697D4IHQZ833995 held at Vosman CAS 143/03/2022 under SAPS 13/284/2022. (a copy of the application
and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder.)
         This notice is addressed to:
