   and THENJIWE NANCY NDONGENI in respect of ERF 7725 IBHAYI situated in the Nelson Mandela Bay
   Metropolitan Municipality, Division of Port Elizabeth, Province of the Eastern Cape, in extent 247 (Two Hundred
   and Forty Seven) Square Metres, which has been lost or destroyed.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy, are hereby required to lodge the same in writing
   with the Registrar of Deeds at King Williams Town within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.

In the ex parte application of: DOUNIA BEN AMRANE (Date of Birth: 14 October 1994), First Applicant and
                  ADRIAAN RUST (Identity Number: 851014 5080 08 1), Second Applicant

TAKE NOTICE THAT application will be made to the above Honourable Court on the 22 day of May 2024 at 10h00
(or as soon thereafter as counsel for the applicant may be heard) for an order in the following terms:

1. That the Applicants are given leave to change the matrimonial property system that applies to their marriage, by
the execution and registration of a postnuptial contract, a draft whereof is attached to the First Applicant's founding
affidavit and is marked as annexure “B”, and which contract, after registration thereof, will regulate the Applicants'
matrimonial property system.
2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorised and directed to register the postnuptial contract referred to in paragraph 1
supra.
3. The order:
3.1. Will lapse if the postnuptial contract referred to in paragraph 1 supra is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds
within 3 months of the date of the granting of the order; and
3.2. Will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the Applicants as at the date of the registration of the postnuptial
contract referred to in paragraph 1 supra.
4. Further and/or alternative relief.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the attached affidavit of Dounia Ben Amrane (together with the annexures
thereto) will be used in support of this application.

Thousand and Eighteen) Square Metres which has been lost.
