   to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Title Deed T136818/2007 dated 5 OCTOBER 2007 passed by
   RUDOLF ANDRIES FOORD in favour of FRODE HAUGEN which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or
   unserviceable over:
            ERF 2246 MARLOTH PARK HOLIDAY TOWNSHIP,
            REGISTRATION DIVISION J.U, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA,
            MEASURING: 1860 (ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY) SQUARE METERS
            HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T136818/2007
            All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in
   writing with ZIETTA JANSE VAN RENSBURG at 40 AIR STREET MALELANE MPUMALANGA within 6 (SIX)
   weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
