Intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer ST43701/2012, dated 16
November 2012 passed by the TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE A Z KHUMALO FAMILY TRUST,
Registration Number IT 8667/2005 in favour of EAGLE CREEK INVESTMENTS 217 (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED,
Registration Number 2004/018999/07 in respect of-
