Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
REGISTRAR OF DEEDS at PRETORIA intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer
Number T93053/2008 dated 10 October 2008 passed by Provincial Government of the Province of Gauteng in
favour of ESTHER KENEILWE NYOKONG, Identity Number 7104110345082, Unmarried in respect of certain ERF
15608 STRETFORD EXTENSION 9 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., THE PROVINCE OF
GAUTENG
MEASURING 238 (TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY-EIGHT) Square metres
HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number T93053/2008

which has been lost or destroyed.

All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, Deeds Office Information Section, 617 Willow Road, Pretoria Central, Pretoria,
0002, within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
