          HAVING READ THE PAPERS FILED OF RECORD, heard counsel and considered the matter, the following
Order is made in the following terms:
          1. That a Rule Nisi be issued calling upon all persons concerned to appear and show cause, if any, on a date
to be determined by this Honourable Court as to why:
          1.1 The Respondent should not be placed under a final order of liquidation
          1.2 The costs of this application be costs in the liquidation of the Respondent.
          2. The Respondent is called upon to advance reasons as per prayer 1 supra on the 04th of July 2024 at 10h00.
          3. That service of this Order be effected:
          3.1 On the Respondent as its registered address by the Sheriff of the Court;
          3.2 On the Respondent's trade unions (if any) by the Sheriff of the Court;
          3.3 On the South African Revenue Services;
          3.4 On The Master of the High Court, Gauteng;
          3.6 By publication in one edition each of the Citizen Newspaper and Government Gazette..

  NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 39 OF THE PREVENTION OF ORGANISED CRIME ACT 121 OF 1998 (POCA)
          The National Director of Public Prosecutions obtained a preservation of property order in the High Court of
South Africa (Eastern Cape Division, Gqeberha) under Case number 1479/2024 in re : A white Mitsubishi Colt motor
vehicle with registration number CTT 358 EC and a white Toyota Hilux motor vehicle with registration number KCB 655
EC both seized on 31 August 2023 and held under Kinkelbos CAS 21/08/2023 (the property)( a copy of which can be
obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder)
          This notice is addressed to ABONGILE MTHANGANAYI and all other persons who may have an interest in
the property described above.
          Take notice that:

          1 If you have an interest in the property, you should understand that it is now at risk. You are advised to obtain
legal advice on whether your interest can be protected and, if so, on how to protect it.
          2 You are notified that the National Director will, within 90 days of publication of this notice, apply to the High
Court under section 48 of the POCA for a forfeiture order. The preservation order will remain in force until the application
for a forfeiture order is finalised, and until any forfeiture order that is made is satisfied.
