OF DEEDS of PRETORIA intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer T22543/2011
dated 15/04/2011 passed by CBS PROPERTY PORTFOLIO (PTY) LTD, Registration Number 2003/009523/07 in
favour of GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND (A FUND ESTABLISHED IN TERMS OF THE
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE PENSION LAW, 1996, PROCLAMATION 21 OF 1996, AS AMENDED BY THE
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PENSION LAW AMENDMENT ACT NO. 19 OF 2011), in respect of:

ERF 1118 FERNDALE TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG
IN EXTENT: 4 015 (FOUR THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN) SQUARE METRES
HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T22543/2011
