Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intent to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer Number
T27330/2008 dated 18 March 2008 passed by Iak Petrus du Toit, Identity Number: 691224 5051 08 1, Married in
community of property with Rustwoudi Elizabeth Cathariena du Toit in favour of Mount Low Point Property
Investment CC, Registration Number: 2007/246416/23 in respect of certain Portion 7 (Portion of Portion 3) of the
Farm Magathashoek 270, Registration Division J.Q., Province of North West, which has been lost.
All persons having objections to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same writing with
the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.

For the registration of a Postnuptial contract having the effect of an Antenuptial Contract
The Applicants intend to make application to the above Honourable Court on 23 July 2024 at 09h30, or as soon
thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an Order in the following terms:
1. The Applicants are given leave to change the matrimonial property regime that applies to their marriage, by the
execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft of which is annexed to the First Applicant's founding affidavit
and marked as annexure "F", and which contract, after registration thereof, will regulate their marital property
regime;
2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorised to register the notarial contract;
3. This order:
3.1. will lapse if the notarial contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within 2 months of the date of the
granting of this order, and;
