I, the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of DEED OF
TRANSFER NUMBER ST135925/2007 passed by LEPANG LESLEY STANDER, Identity Number 701005 5958
08 8, unmarried, in favour of NOLUTHANDO MAFATLE, Identity Number 780729 0384 08 1 in respect of certain
A Unit consisting of;
(a) Section Number 6 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS190/1992 in the
scheme known as NIEBAERT in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at REMAINING EXTENT OF
ERF 1952 KLERKSDORP TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY : CITY OF MATLOSANA, of which section the floor
area, according to the said sectional plan is 67 (SIXTY SEVEN) square metres in extent and
(b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in
accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan which has been lost, destroyed,
incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in
writing with the Registrar of Deeds at PRETORIA within six weeks after the date of the publication in the Gazette.
