Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I the Registrar of
Deeds, Limpopo at Polokwane intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer Number
T79888/2006 dated 4 July 2006 passed by:
