Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the
issue of a Certificate of Registered title in lieu of Deed of Transfer T39295/2010 dated 17 November 2010, passed
by EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY in favour of DIBATE SOLLY MOELA, Identity Number 731110
5584 08 4 and KGOLANE LITY MOELA, Identity Number 760206 1017 08 9, Married in community of property to
each other, in respect of certain ERF 926 KWENELE SOUTH EXTENSION 2 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION
DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, MEASURING 252 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY TWO) Square metres,
which has been lost or destroyed. All persons having objections to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required
to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg, within six weeks after the date of the
first publication.
