for the issue of a certified copy of T57082/2017 in favour of PALEHO DAVID PADI identity number: 590114 5350
08 2 and DORIS NOLWAZI PADI identity number: 650131 0491 08 0, in their capacity as owners of certain Erf
9301, Palm Ridge Extension 6 Township which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing
with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, 20 Steve Biko Road, Arcadia, Pretoria, within two weeks from the date of
the publication of this notice.

   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
   REGISTRAR OF DEEDS at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer
   ST19968/2003 dated 24 February 2003 passed by JMB PROJECTS CC, Registration number 1999/021357/23 in
   favour of DEMITRIOS SPIRO LIVANOS, Identity number 7003105177080, Married out of Community of property,
   in respect of certain

   (a) Section No. 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Title Plan No. SS285/2001, in the scheme known
   as MORELETA 5729, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at MORELETAPARK EXTENSION
   46 TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, of which section the floor area,
   according to the said sectional title plan is 184 (One Hundred and Eighty Four) square metres in extent; and

   (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
   the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional title plan

   All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
   the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS at PRETORIA within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
