                    LOST / DESTROYED DEED / INCOMPLETE / UNSERVICEABLE TITLE DEED

   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
   Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer
   T26960/1955BP dated 06 November 1955 passed by Harry Brandt, Date of Birth: 14 September 1904 in favour of
   the ROMAN CATHOLIC MISSION IN NORTHERN TRANSVAAL, in respect of certain PORTION 248 OF THE
   FARM RUIGTESLOOT 160, REGISTRATION DIVISION JQ, NORTH WEST PROVINCE which has been lost,
   destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
   All person having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
   the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria (600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria) within six weeks after the date of first
   publication in the Gazette.
