        NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTERED TITLE OF A LOST/
                                          DESTROYED TITLE DEED
                    (By virtue of Section 38 of the Deeds Registry Act, 1937 ACT 47/1937)

   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I the Registrar
   of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer T168173/2005 dated
   19 December 2005 passed by CHRISTO BARNARDT Identity Number 5202065095082 married out of community
   of property in favour of THEMBA WILLEM NHLAPO Identity Number 7407076017086 and NONTHETHELO MAVIS
   NHLAPO Identity Number 7710121067083 married in community of property to each other in respect of certain
   ERF 310 BONANNE TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, MEASURING
   1336 (ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX) SQUARE METRES which as been lost lost or
   destroyed. All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in
   writing with the Registrar of Deeds Pretoria, 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Berea Park Pretoria 0001 within 6 (six) weeks
   after the date of the first publication of the notice in the Government Gazette being 02 August 2024
