CC, Registration Number 2000/013674/23, in respect of:
          A unit, consisting of:
          (a)       Section No 8, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 251/2007, in the
scheme known as EASTBRIDGE (OFF KLOOF), in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at ORIEL
TOWNSHIP, Local Authority - City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, of which section the floor area according
to the said sectional plan is 135 (one hundred and thirty five) square metres in extent; and
          (b)       an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said Section in
accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said Sectional Plan, HELD BY CERTIFICATE OF

OF TRANSFER ST13300/2022, in favour of MICHAEL ANGELO SMUTS, Identity Number 710716 5219 08 6 and
CHARLENE BIANCA SMUTS, Identity Number 770412 0077 08 6, Married in community of property to each other,
in respect of -
          Section Number 58, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 540/2006, in the
scheme known as SHIRA RIDGE, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at CELTISDAL
EXTENSION 20 TOWNSHIP; Local Authority: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which
