Notice is hereby given under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act,1937, I the Registrar of
Deeds Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer No ST
137348/2007 dated 5 October 2007 passed by
GREENVILLE TRADING 560 CLOSE CORPORATION, Registration Number 2006/020702/23
in favour of:
The Trustees for the time being of: Corrie Coetzee Trust, Registration Number IT6397/1997
In respect of a certain
A unit consisting of -
(a) Section No 27, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS1092/2007 in the scheme known
as ATHOS VILLAS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at HALFWAY HOUSE EXTENSION 24
TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG of which section the floor area, according to the said
sectional plan is 76 (SEVENTY-SIX) square metres in extent; and
(b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
Which has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds Pretoria, at 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria within six weeks after date of first publication
in the Gazette.
