                                                NOTICE OF MOTION
         SIRS
         PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Application will be made on MONDAY the 11th day of NOVEMBER 2024 at
09h30, or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order in the following terms:
         1. The Applicants are given leave to execute and register postnuptially a notarial contract in accordance
with the provisions of the draft Notarial Contract annexed hereto marked "X".
         2. The Registrar of Deeds be and is hereby authorised and directed to register the aforementioned
Notarial Contract having the effect of an Antenuptial Contract executed between the Applicants within three (3)
months of the date of the granting of this Order.
         3. After the registration of the Notarial Contract as aforementioned, such contract will regulate the
Applicant's Matrimonial Regime.
         4. The rights of any creditors of the Applicants prior to the date of registration of the aforesaid Antenuptial
Contract shall not in any way be prejudiced by the granting of this Order.
         KINDLY TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Affidavits of ROBERT WILFRED GRAHAM and LAUREN
LEIGH GRAHAM together with annexures thereto, will be used in support of this application.
         KINDLY PLACE THE MATTER ON THE ROLL FOR HEARING ACCORDINGLY.
