other persons who may have an interest in the following property:
  1.1 Erf 941, located at 37 Mauershoek, Ladybrand, with title deed number T16455/2018, registered at
Bloemfontein deeds office in the names of
  1.2 Erf 1 Portion 2 located at 9 Collin Street, Ladybrand, with title deed number T979/2018, registered at
Bloemfontein deeds office.
   1.3. Erf 49 Portion 3 located at 13 Prinsloo Street, Ladybrand, with title deed number T1266/2019, registered
