  August 2024 case number 9551/2024 in relation to in re: a) a white Volvo FH Truck tractor with registration
number KZ91NJGP
  seized by members of the South African Police Service at Atok on 07 July 2024 under case docket Apel CAS
33/07/2024 and
  held at Apel police pound with reference Apel SAP13/294/2024.b) a load of chrome found in the white Volvo
FH Truck tractor
  with registration number KZ91NJGP seized by members of the South African Police Service at Atok on 07
July 2024 under
  case docket Apel CAS 33/07/2024 and held at Apel police pound with reference Apel SAP13/294/2024. (a
copy of the application
  and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in paragraph 10 hereunder) .

  1. This notice is addressed to the following interested parties:
   a) Jumo Ishmael Tinashe as the director of Jumo Logix Pty Ltd, a company registered in terms of the laws in
the
  Republic of South Africa with its address at 3382 Butter Tree Street, Tasbet Ext 12, Witbank Mpumalanga.
