   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
registrar of Deeds: South Gauteng at Johannesburg intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of
Deed of Transfer Number ST11233/2010 passed by ANGELA LEIGH NEILSON in favour of MICHELLE JEAN
GLANVILL, Identity Number 840911 0021 081, Unmarried in respect of a certain (a) Section Number 49 as
shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS108/1995, in the scheme known as TWIN OAKS in
respect of the land and building or buildings situate at RANDPARKRIF EXTENSION 41 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL
AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional
plan, is 48 (Forty Eight) square metres in extent; and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the
scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said
sectional plan, HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 11233/2010 which has been lost or destroyed. All
