  (b)      an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in
accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.

  The deeds office copy of the said Deed of Transfer is also lost or destroyed.

  Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
Registrar of Deeds North Gauteng at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer ST100080/2007 dated 27 July 2007 passed by Suzette Lorraine Geyser, Identity Number
5804210131082, Married out of Community of Property, in favour of Amanda Clara Boonzaaier, Identity Number
6008240056082, Married out of Community of Property, in respect of certain:
  A Unit consisting of
  (a) Section No. 18as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 116/1986 in the scheme
known as NORTHSHORE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 214 KILNER PARK
TOWNSHIP, CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area,
