terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(North West Division, Mahikeng) on 28 NOVEMBER 2024 in case number 6096/2024 in relation to:
   Platinum Group Material (PGM) weighing 299 040 metric ton, 540 780 metric ton, 692 640 metric ton, 692 100
metric ton, 513 960 metric ton, 571 580 metric ton, 582 220 metric ton, 865 041 metric ton and 158 140 metric
ton, currently held at Bidvest Protea Coin, Impala Platinum Mine, Rustenburg under SAP13/13/2024,
SAP13/14/2024, SAP13/15/2024, SAP13/16/2024, SAP13/17/2024, SAP13/19/2024, SAP13/20/2024,
SAP13/21/2024, SAP13/22/2024,SAP13/23/2024 and Brits Cas 141/8/2024, respectively.
   A White Mercedes-benz Vito 115CDI CREW BUS light passenger vehicle with register number GGC628S,
Licence number XDG040GP, Chassis numberWDF63970323189635 seized on 7 August 2024 and held at
Rustenburg Vehicle Identification unit under Boitekong Cas number 128/08/2024. (a copy of the application and
order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder).
  This notice is addressed to the following persons: Impala Platinum Mine, Mineral Processing,
Rustenburg,George Thato Sambo in his capacity as the director of SG Precious Metals (PTY) Ltd with his
address being at House no. 2100 Bethel Section, Kanana Village, Rustenburg. Michael Barend Du Plessis in his
capacity as the director of NEFLEX (PTY) LTD and BMG Mining Processing Technologies (PTY) LTD with his
address being at 31 Martjie Avenue Brits 0250. Denise Claudette Du Plessis in her capacity as the co-director
NEFLEX (PTY) LTD with her address being at 31 Martjie Avenue Brits 0250. Alphigo Taruvinga. Khutjo Sekuka
Matjekane in his capacity as the director of Skuka Resources (Pty) Ltd with his aadress being at Castleview,
Stonearch Estate, Sunstone Road, Village 1, Unit 13, Gauteng, 1401.Christoffel Johannes Opperman in his
capacity as the director of Beneficiation Corporation of South Africa with his address being at No.13 Hibascus,
Rustenburg. Hendrick Cornelius Viljoen in his capacity as the registered owner and title holder of the Mercedes-
benz Vito with his address being at 12 Wild Peach Lane, Victoria Country Club Estate. Pietermaritzburg, and
any other persons who may have an interest in the property described above.
