KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that Application will be made ex parte to the above Honourable Court on the 24 April
2025 at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. Leave be granted for the first and second applicant to be authorized to execute a ante nuptial notarial
contract executed on 20 May 2019 having effect of an antenuptial contact;
2. Leave be granted to the first and second applicant to change the matrimonial property system that applies
to their marriage, by the execution and registration of a notarial contract in the presence of a notary public, a draft
of which is attached to the first applicant's founding affidavit marked “ FAG9 ”, and which contract, upon the
registration thereof, will regulate the matrimonial property system between the first and second applicant;
3. The Registrar of Deeds, Johannesburg, is authorised and requested to register the notarial contract marked
as annexure “ FAG9 ” within three months of the granting of this order;
4. This order will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the first and second applicant as at the date of
registration of the notarial contract marked as annexure “ FAG9 ”.
