Notice

                                                      IT IS ORDERED THAT:
           1. A Rule Nisi is hereby issued, calling upon the Respondents and any other interested party, to show cause,
  on the 17TH day of APRIL 2025, why an order in the following terms should not be made final.
                1.1.    The dissolution of the First Respondent is declared to be void.
           1.2.    The First Respondent is retrospectively revived as an association of its members.
           1.3.    The assets of the First Respondent are no longer bona vacantia.
           1.4.    The First Respondent is revested with its assets.
           1.5.    The costs of the application shall be paid by the First Respondent on the party and party scale.
           2.   A copy of this order shall be published in English, once in the government Gazette and once in a
  newspaper circulating in Durban.
           3.   A copy of this order shall be served on:
           3.1.    The First to Third Respondents.
           3.2.    The Executors appointed over the respective deceased estates of the deceased members of the
  First Respondent by electronic mail to Yvette.Ramsunder@fnb.co.za and ckmgattorneys@telkomsa.net

  South Africa (Eastern Cape Division, Gqeberha) under case number 950/2025 in re : R11 200 in cash seized on 11
  September 2022 and held by SAPS under Joubertina CAS 58/09/2022 and SAP 13/617/2022 (the property)( a copy of
  which can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder)
