NUMBER 820408 0126 08 9, MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY in respect of certain
PORTION 30 OF ERF 24 KUNGWINI COUNTRY ESTATE TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R;
PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, MEASURING 1710 (ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND TEN) SQUARE
METRES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T67169/2023 which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same
