   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organized Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South
Africa(Gauteng Division, Johannesburg) on 17 February 2025 in case number 2025/020370 in relation to:
   The amount of R397,426.84,together with interest accrued thereon held in First National Bank account number
62755795021, held in the name of Tiona Megan Moodley with identity number 9911090312082 as well as the
amount of R647,300.00 together with interest accrued thereon held in ABSA account number 4054522787 held in
the name of the South African Police Services, Midrand CAS 107/01/2025 with the SAP 13 reference PAB
000593343, being cash seized on 17 January 2025.
   This Notice Is Addressed To: Darryn Gavin Wilken with identity number 9008105115087 residing at Unit 3
Block 20 Olea Road Witpoort, Midrand Rosa Royal Estate, and Tiona Megan Moodley with identity number
9911090312082 previously residing at Unit 3 Block 20 Olea Road Witpoort, Midrand Rosa Royal Estate and all
other persons who have an interest in the amount of R397,426.84,together with interest accrued thereon held in
First National Bank account number 62755795021, held in the name of Tiona Megan Moodley with identity
