Registrar of Deeds, Mpumalanga at Mbombela, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer T14056/2017, dated 28 November 2017, passed by: JAAP JAKOBUS HERBST, Identity Number
610602 5756 08 0 and LYNETTE HERBST, Identity Number 601208 0013 08 8, Married in community of
property to each other, in favour of THATO TEBOGO TABUDI, Identity Number 900829 5271 08 8, Unmarried,
in respect of:
Certain: ERF 919, MARLOTH PARK HOLIDAY TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.U., PROVINCE
OF MPUMALANGA, MEASURING 1600 (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED) SQUARE METRES, which has
